Help us locate the issue

• Content correction: page address, language, sentence to check and a supporting source.
• Accessibility or technical problem: page, attempted action, actual outcome and relevant device or browser.
• Rights or attribution: the exact image or passage, its link and the basis of your request.
• Privacy: the type of information or enquiry you are asking about, without unrelated sensitive details.

What to expect

A focused enquiry helps check the page and source, reproduce a problem or investigate rights. Medical diagnoses, identity documents and private information about other people are unnecessary. State a convenient reply method if it differs from your sender address. No fixed response time is promised.

Services not offered here

The site does not accept manuscripts for the journal, value objects or provide excavation and conservation services. Enquiries about external publications should go to their identified publisher or institution. Do not send archaeological objects, original documents or payments to the project.

Information in your message

Your message travels through your email service to the contact mailbox for investigation and reply. There is no on-site enquiry or file-upload form. The privacy policy distinguishes correspondence, infrastructure data and browser preferences. The sources policy explains how proposed corrections are assessed.
